EPA REGULATIONS PROHIBIT THE DUMPING OF: TIRES, YARD WASTE, APPLIANCES, ELECTRONICS, HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS AND PAINT IN LIQUID FORM INTO ILLINOIS LANDFILLS. We do not provide services for removal of these items, except yard waste, and we can arrange for a roll-off designated for yard waste only. Yard waste containers are not disposed of in the landfill.

Roll-Off Container Sizes

  • 10 cubic yards - 8' wide, 12' long, 3' tall*
  • 20 cubic yards - 8' wide, 20-22' long, 4' deep
  • 30 cubic yards - 8' wide, 20-22' long, 6' deep
*These are approximate sizes. Actual dimensions (height, length, depth) will vary by the manufacturer, however, the capacity is the same in cubic yards.

Terms and Conditions

  • Containers are paid for at time of delivery unless other arrangements have been made in advance
  • It is your responsibility to call our office you are finished with the container on or before day 7, or be responsible for rental fees at $5.00 per day
  • If you request the container to be put in your yard, you will be responsible for rental if rain prohibits us from picking it up.
  • Contents of the container must be level with container walls.
  • Not responsible for any damage done to driveways or yards during normal delivery or removal of the container.
  • Overweight containers will be billed at a minimum of $63.00 per ton.
  • In the event we are ticketed because of overweight or illegal loads of any manner the customer will be held responsible for any citation fees issued.
  •  WE DO NOT TAKE TIRES, YARD WASTE, APPLIANCES, ELECTRONICS, HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS, AND WET PAINT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ILLINOIS LAW.
HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS CAN NOT GO INTO THE TRASH! Things like Drano, pool chemicals, bug sprays, etc....CAN NOT go into the trash!

There is a DANGER to the driver if these items explode when compacted! They can also leak and get on skin or into eyes causing serious injury!
